Thomas D. Bullock is a founding partner of Bullock & Associates, PLLC. Mr. Bullock is a graduate of Wake Forest University where he was selected into the Honors Program then attended and graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He is licensed to practice in all courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Bullock focuses his practice in the areas of complex Civil Litigation, Business and Commercial Litigation, and Equine Law.

Mr. Bullock is one of the most diverse and accomplished attorneys in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. As a civil attorney, Mr. Bullock has successfully pursued and defended many of Kentucky's highest profile cases. He has had multiple jury trials and cases before the Kentucky Supreme Court. Mr. Bullock has also been cited to the United States Supreme Court by the attorney generals of all fifty states. As an attorney defending criminal clients, Mr. Bullock been successful at all levels from misdemeanors to obtaining a Jury Trial acquittal for First Degree Murder. Many of Mr. Bullock's cases have been the subject of both local and national coverage including America’s Most Wanted, Dateline, True Detective and City Confidential. Mr. Bullock is also widely known for his expertise in equine law and acted as general counsel for several large horse farms and equine operations in Kentucky and around the world. As a result, he has extensive experience in international legal matters including discovery, document production and taking depositions in France, Canada, Argentina, Switzerland, China and Ireland.

Mr. Bullock was selected by Governor Steve L. Beshear to serve as a Special Justice to the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He was also an Adjunct Professor of Litigation at the University of Kentucky College of Law where he taught litigation strategy, tactics, and negotiations.

Rachele T. Yohe is an Associate of Bullock & Associates, PLLC at our Lexington office. Ms. Yohe is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and the University of Kentucky College of Law. While a student at the University of Kentucky College of Law, Ms. Yohe was a member of and Production Editor for the Kentucky Law Journal, Volume 108. Ms. Yohe was also the University of Kentucky College of Law Moot Court President and a National Team Member. Ms. Yohe and her Moot Court team led the University of Kentucky College of Law to the 2020 New York City Bar Association Moot Court Competition for the first time in nearly twenty years.
Ms. Yohe is licensed to practice in all courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. Ms. Yohe focuses her practice in the areas of Business Law & Commercial Litigation, Equine Law, Employment Disputes, Litigation and Torts.
